You'll need to own your domain name - I can help you pick and connect one if you don't already have it. Hosting is taken care of as part of your package.
That's completely normal - it's exactly what the discovery call is for. I'll ask the right questions to help shape your content, and a light copy polish is included with both packages.
You can, if you'd like to. Once your site is live, I'll hand over all the files so you're free to edit them yourself - just bear in mind it does need some technical know-how. If you'd rather not, I can make changes for you instead, either through the Monthly Changes add-on (up to 2 updates a month) or as a one-off update for £25. The choice is yours.
Yes - packages can be split into two payments: 50% upfront and 50% before launch. Just mention it when we speak.
